This program will equip those who are engaged in the recruitment, selection and evaluation of candidates (applicants or current internal employees) in decision making for hiring, promotion or training and development in organizations. Participants will learn the appropriate interpretation of test results, uses of tests vis a vis competency based selection system and behavior based interviewing.
