A competency based approach in developing competencies and personality effectiveness
much needed for employees at work.
Staff employees, IT professionals, field and frontline staff , sales personnel administrative support staff who need teamwork orientation and enhance customer service skills.
In this program participants will:
Gain awareness of how they measure up to the competencies measures by ACT a video driven competency assessment thru their individual computer generated profile. They will also receive their style effectiveness profile, interpret and acquire the strategies for application for interpersonal effectiveness.
Acquire the fundamental skills needed in delivering quality customer service from the Five Principles of quality customer service.
Identify those 12 competencies that impact performance through the assessment of competencies and traits.
Adopt the mindset of delivering quality customer service from the Five principles of quality service and sharpen their customer service skills.
This course is based on adult learning principles. Adults learn best when they actively participate and the training is related to real life examples. To this end, a variety of training approaches is used in this workshop, including: participative lecture, large and small-group discussions, structured group and individual exercises, paired share, demonstration, and self-assessment instrument.
Note: All Participants will need to accomplish the pre-work assignment before the workshop.
