Personnel Testing Administration and Interpretation and Communication of Test Results
This program aims to uncover what selection interviewing cannot do. It provides the participants the basics in personnel testing using the nine step framework or model in installing a personnel-testing program in the company. It covers identifying job requirements vis a vis personnel tests, its administration, scoring and basics in interpreting and communicating tests results. Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate and consider traditional and contemporary testing instruments available in the market today.
